It was a pleasure to meet many friends at the garden party and charity concert in H\u00e4meenlinna. Eeva and Jarmo had again organized a wonderful party with lots of friends. “Thank you for allowing us to enjoy great music, togetherness and a coffee table in your beautiful orchard again. For all of us – about 60 guests – it was a real oasis!” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The charity concert by soprano Sanna Matinniemi and pianist Jenna Ristil\u00e4 in H\u00e4meenlinna Church also found a grateful audience. Jarmo Majamaa, the moderator of the concert, read a greeting from the Jewish community of Chernivtsi at the beginning of the concert. The proceeds from the garden festival and the church concert will benefit the Jewish community of Chernivtsi, which will use it to help refugees from eastern Ukraine to cope with the challenges of the coming autumn and cold winter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
