At the beginning of September, I managed to combine a business trip with an aid transport to Oradea. Thanks to the HELP and HOPE team and a group of friends, we received a significant amount of clothes and shoes. Groceries such as flour, macaroni, sugar, coffee, tea, oil and chocolate were bought in a Viennese wholesale shop. Of course, hygiene products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, washing powder, diapers and pads were also added. I brought these relief supplies to Oradea, where they were deposited in the People to People (p2p) camp. The p2p leader Nicu Gal later transported them to the Ukrainian refugee centers.
After that my journey continued from Oradea to Cluj Napoca, where after my business appointments I visited the Jewish family Lendva, who we are friends with.
Finally, at the end of October, we received an impressive photo report from Nicu Gal on the distribution of our relief supplies in Ukraine.
